Areas such as Panchkuian Road, Mathura Road, Shastri Bhawan, RK Puram, Moti Bagh, and Kidwai Nagar saw slow-moving traffic due to water accumulation. The IMD has warned of heavy rainfall in certain regions of North, West, South, South-East, and Central Delhi today.
